- We collect contact details only when you choose to send them to us through our demo request form.
- We use them only to reply to you and arrange a demonstration.
- We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
- This site sets no cookies at all and runs no trackers.
- You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete what we hold — just email us.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
This website does not track you.We run no analytics scripts, no advertising tools, and no third-party trackers on these pages. When you submit the demo request form, our servers record standard technical details alongside your enquiry — the time of submission, your browser and device type, the website that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. We use these only to understand where enquiries come from and to protect the form from automated abuse.
What we do not collect.We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, health information, or any special-category personal data through this website. We do not operate user accounts here.
4. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing campaigns from this website.
6. How long we keep it
We keep demo request information for the period noted below after our last contact with you, then delete it.
Retention period: draft — 24 months; to confirm before publishing
If you become a customer, information relating to that relationship is retained under our customer agreement rather than this policy.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time — see section 8.
7. Where your information is held
We are based in the United States, and our service providers store information on servers in the United States.
If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another region with data transfer restrictions, your information will be transferred to the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards — including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum — through our agreements with our service providers.
8. Your rights
Wherever you are located, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Stop using it, or restrict how we use it
- Send you a copy in a portable format
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests
To exercise any of these, email us. We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
If you are in the UK or EEAand believe we have handled your information improperly, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority — though we would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
If you are a California resident,you have the rights described above. To be explicit: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not process it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
10. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls limiting who on our team can see enquiries, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take these obligations seriously and keep our practices under review.
11. Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date above. Where changes are significant, we will make that clear on this page.
