It began on the potato line
IntelliScience Appliance started with a problem every frozen-potato QA lab knows: color, length and defects each judged on its own — by eye, by hand, with separate tools — and rarely the same way twice.
We set out to grade all three together, objectively, in a single pass. IntelliScience Appliance turns a poured sample into measured, visualized results a QA team can stand behind — the same standard on every shift, at every plant.
